| 9:00am - | Registration - Register at the entrance to the church. It costs $10 ($5 Student and Concession -- bring proof) whatever time of the day you arrive. You will receive your showbag.

| 9:30am - | Introductory Meeting - We start off together with this short meeting, where we will pray and give advice about the event booklet and how to find your way around. |
| 9:50am - | Seminar/ workshop Session 1. Check out the Seminars page to see the choices in this hour. Notice whether your choice is repeated or whether it is a prerequisite for a later continuation seminar. These interactive seminars go for one hour so you get enough time to 'interact.' |
| 10:50am - | Break. Have some morning tea and visit the displays. The next seminar starts in 30 minutes. |
| 11:20pm - | Seminar/ workshop 2. Check the seminars page to see seminars on offer. |
| 12.20pm - | Lunch and Displays Sandwiches are for sale and profits go to help financing the HRO event. |
| 1.15pm - | Main Meeting 1. Music, interviews, Bible teaching by David Cook. Don't miss this one! |
| 2.40pm - | Seminar/ workshop Session 3. Check the Seminars page to see seminars on offer. |
| 3.40pm - | Break. Stretch your legs, have a drink, visit new displays and get ready for a great final meeting. |
| 4.00pm - | Main Meeting 2. More music, interviews, DVD and David Cook's second Bible talk. Come and be challenged to engage in God's purposes throughout our world. |
| 5.30pm - | Displays. The displays will still be open for a little while, so don't delay if you only came for the last meeting or if you didn't get to see all the reps you wanted to earlier. |
